SHIPPING

Every item is handmade. Please allow up to 1-6 weeks for the making and delivery of your item once purchased. This may change depending on how many orders I have at one time and if its ready-to-ship or a pre-order. This may also change if you are ordering from overseas. All details are in each product description. If you have any questions please let me know.

BackbySundown ships worldwide. Each item is sent with a tracked and signed for service. Small accessories are sent Royal Mail tracked 48 in the UK. Please check your emails for your order confirmation as well as tracking information and a dispatch email there after. Once your item has left the home studio BackbySundown can not take any responsibility for any delayed or lost items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International packages may require local taxes or custom fees which are to be paid for by the customer. Overseas shipments are also subject to opening and inspection if needed by customs authorities.

USA

If you're ordering from the USA, fees/tariffs will be applicable on customs upon arrival, which are to be paid for by the customer. We don't know the exact amount and we recommend to check before ordering from us. This is due to the change of USA custom & duties law from August 2025. Thank you for your understanding.

EU

Unfortunately, due to a new EU GSPR Legislation on importing products from outside the EU we are unable to accept orders from the EU at this time. We hope to change this soon. Thank you for your understanding.

DELIVERY

Standard Shipping Estimates

UK – 1-3 days when despatched
Europe – 5-10 days when despatched (currently not shipping to the EU)
Rest of the world – 7-14 days when despatched

We ship to the UK, unfortunately not to Europe. We ship to the rest of the world. Your parcel will be sent via Royal Mail or by courier. Flat rate shipping prices are as follows:

UK - £6.00-£12.00, when you spend over £100 free UK 24 tracked shipping / Europe/ Rest of the world - £35

UK- £3.50 when you spend under £100

READY-TO-SHIP

Dresses & blouses have a 1 week lead time from day of purchase, which includes any alterations if required/packing/despatching your handmade piece, this doesn't include delivery time. Smaller items is 1-2 days lead time, this doesn't include delivery time. We will work hard to make sure your item is dispatched as soon as possible, as always.

PRE-ORDERS

Please allow up to 6 weeks for production of your dresses or blouses. This doesn't include shipping delivery times. See shipping details for lead times.
